1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets out the rules that govern acceptable and prohibited uses of the InfriaX website (infriax.com), all services provided by InfriaX Inc. ('InfriaX', 'we', 'us', 'our'), and any digital products, platforms, SaaS applications, mobile applications, APIs, or infrastructure developed, hosted, or operated by InfriaX — collectively referred to as the 'Platform'. This AUP applies to all visitors, clients, users, partners, and any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform ('you'). This AUP is incorporated by reference into InfriaX's Terms of Service and forms a binding part of the agreement between you and InfriaX. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and services, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Acceptable uses of the Platform include: engaging InfriaX to develop, design, or market lawful products and services; accessing and using software, tools, or platforms developed by InfriaX under a valid Engagement Agreement or licence; submitting enquiries, partnership applications, and project briefs through designated channels; accessing information and content published by InfriaX for informational or commercial evaluation purposes; participating in authorised security engagements (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments) strictly within the scope and rules of engagement set out in a signed Security Engagement Agreement; running advertising campaigns for lawful products and services in compliance with platform policies and applicable advertising standards; and integrating InfriaX-developed APIs or platforms into your own products in accordance with any applicable API terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Illegal & Harmful Activities

You must not use the Platform to: engage in or facilitate any activity that is unlawful under any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret) of InfriaX or any third party; transmit, store, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable; engage in or facilitate child exploitation, human trafficking, or any other form of exploitation or abuse; facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws; develop, promote, distribute, or support products or services that are illegal in the target jurisdiction; or impersonate InfriaX, its employees, or any other person or entity.

3.2 Security Violations

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, networks, or databases; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any connected systems without InfriaX's prior written authorisation under a Security Engagement Agreement; bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms; introduce, upload, or transmit viruses, ransomware, malware, spyware, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious or harmful code; conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the Platform or any third-party systems; intercept, monitor, or harvest data, credentials, or traffic on the Platform without authorisation; or use the Platform's infrastructure or services to attack, probe, or compromise third-party systems.

3.3 Data & Privacy Violations

You must not: collect, harvest, scrape, or mine data from the Platform using automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without InfriaX's prior written consent; transmit to InfriaX or through InfriaX platforms any personal data for which you do not have a valid legal basis to process or share; use the Platform to process personal data of individuals without maintaining appropriate privacy disclosures, consent mechanisms, and data subject rights processes as required by applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalents); use advertising services provided by InfriaX to collect user data in ways that violate platform advertising policies (Google Ads policies, Meta advertising standards, etc.) or applicable privacy law; build audiences or retargeting lists using illegally collected data; or share personal data of children under 13 (or 16 under GDPR) through or with InfriaX platforms without verifiable parental consent.

3.4 Advertising & Marketing Violations

Where InfriaX manages advertising campaigns on your behalf, you must not instruct or request InfriaX to: run advertisements for products or services that are prohibited on the relevant advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads restricted categories, Meta advertising prohibited content) or that are illegal in the targeted jurisdiction; make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims in advertising materials in violation of consumer protection laws (including FTC guidelines, ASA codes, or equivalent); target advertising at demographic groups in discriminatory ways prohibited by applicable law or platform policy; conduct click fraud, impression fraud, or any form of invalid traffic manipulation; circumvent platform ad policies through cloaking, bait-and-switch, or misleading landing pages; or use malvertising or redirect chains that expose users to harmful content.

3.5 Platform Abuse

You must not: use the Platform in any way that could damage, disrupt, overburden, or impair the Platform or the servers and networks connected to it; use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform at volumes that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure; resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Platform or InfriaX's services to third parties without InfriaX's prior written consent; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any InfriaX software or platform except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform; or use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and equivalents).

3.6 Prohibited Product & Service Categories

InfriaX will not develop, market, host, or otherwise support products or services in the following categories: illegal weapons, firearms, or explosives; illegal drugs, controlled substances, or products designed to circumvent drug detection; counterfeit goods, piracy tools, or products designed to infringe intellectual property; gambling or betting products where unlicensed in the target jurisdiction; adult content platforms intended for distribution to minors; products designed to facilitate surveillance, stalking, or harassment of individuals without their knowledge or consent; tools designed primarily to conduct cyberattacks or unauthorised access against third-party systems; content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, hate crimes, or violence; and any product or service that InfriaX reasonably determines to be harmful to users, third parties, or society.

4. Authorised Security Research

InfriaX provides professional cybersecurity services including penetration testing and security assessments. All offensive security activities performed by InfriaX are conducted exclusively under a signed Security Engagement Agreement that defines the precise scope, testing window, rules of engagement, authorised techniques, and emergency escalation contacts. Any security testing activity not covered by a current, valid Security Engagement Agreement is strictly prohibited. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in InfriaX's own infrastructure or digital products, please report it responsibly to security@infriax.com. We ask that you: do not exploit or demonstrate the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to confirm its existence; do not access, extract, or modify data belonging to InfriaX or its clients; give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure; and not demand payment or other compensation as a condition of disclosure. We will acknowledge valid reports and work collaboratively on remediation. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and within these responsible disclosure principles.

5. Content Standards

All content you submit, upload, transmit, or instruct InfriaX to create or publish — including advertising copy, app content, website content, social media content, and marketing materials — must: be accurate, truthful, and not misleading; comply with all applicable advertising standards and consumer protection regulations in the jurisdictions targeted; not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; not contain discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or hate speech; comply with platform-specific content policies (Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.); and be appropriate for the target audience, with appropriate age restrictions and content warnings where required. InfriaX reserves the right to refuse to create, publish, or distribute content that in InfriaX's reasonable judgement violates this AUP, applicable law, or platform policies — without liability to you.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Platform that violates this AUP, including by third parties, please report it to us at: legal@infriax.com (for legal and policy violations); security@infriax.com (for security incidents, vulnerabilities, or cyberattacks); privacy@infriax.com (for data protection and privacy violations). We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Where appropriate, we will take action including suspension of access, termination of services, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

InfriaX reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In response to a suspected or confirmed violation, InfriaX may — without prior notice and at its sole discretion — take any of the following actions: issue a warning; immediately suspend access to the Platform or specific services; terminate the relevant Engagement Agreement or services, with fees forfeited where the violation constitutes a material breach; remove or disable violating content; report the violation to relevant law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, advertising platforms, or app store operators; pursue civil legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages; and cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation. The remedies listed above are not exhaustive and InfriaX reserves all rights available at law and in equity. InfriaX's failure to enforce this AUP in any instance does not waive its right to enforce it in the future.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or platform policies. We will post the updated AUP on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice to active clients via email or through the relevant platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically.
